Artist Development Workshop

This workshop format helps artists to define their talents and understand better their audience and collaborators.

Artists mostly create their art based on their own desires, needs and perspective. With various techniques the artists will gain insights into their fan’s or other players’ (e.g. booking agents, influencer etc.) needs and desires. This will help them to develop their art further and have a look at it from various perspectives. It can be a very inspiring process and helps to put one’s art in forms that create more engagement and therefore will be more successful.

Tools from Design Thinking and Psychology will help participants to discover, unfold and organise new perspectives and put them into practical action plans.
